Welcome Centre

The Welcome Centre of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University is a single point of support for all international students arriving for study.

The Welcome Centre provides a full range of services and support in key areas:

1. Migration and Documentation Support

• Visa Support: Consulting and assistance with processing student visas and registration at the place of stay.
• Registration: Assistance with obtaining temporary registration and visa processing with state authorities.

2. Information Support and Consulting

• Introduction to ENU: Conducting an introductory orientation seminar (Orientation Day) upon arrival.
• University Rules: Explanation of academic rules, grading systems, and access to university resources (library, Wi-Fi, etc.).
