Employers' Council

In order to improve the quality of training of specialists, the Council of Employers was created at the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov.

The Employers' Council is a dialogue platform for representatives of employers and the university in order to develop specific proposals for solving current problems of the university's development and the training of highly qualified specialists. Council decisions are of a recommendatory and advisory nature.

The Council resolves the following tasks:

- assistance in solving problems in the field of creating a high-quality educational environment, strengthening the educational and scientific potential of the university, taking into account modern labor market requirements;

- promoting the development of the vocational education system, the formation of professional competencies of graduates, taking into account the recommendations of employers;

- participation in the development and examination of educational programs and professional practice, as well as in expanding practice bases, implementing joint research programs, projects and events;

- assistance in employment of graduates.
