FAQ

Are faculty allowed to teach classes in Zoom?

No, the licensed system for online class broadcasting is Microsoft Teams.

Is it necessary to be online in AIS «Platonus» during classes?

No. AIS «Platonus» is used for assigning tasks, uploading reports on tasks by students and grading. Microsoft Teams.

I am a student. I can enter AIS «Platonus» , but I cannot enter moodle.enu.kz. What could be the reason?

If you have changed the password for AIS «Platonus» by yourself, then in the Moodle system try to enter the password that you were originally given by the Department of Informatisation.

How to authorise at the mooc.enu.kz?

To log in to mooc.enu.kz it is necessary to dial an individual identification number and password from Platonus, then the teachers himself adds students to the course.

How can teachers add or remove learners from a course on the mooc.enu.kz platform?

The teacher, i.e. the MOOC developer, is the manager of his course, and you can regulate the participants of the course using the commands Participants - Enrolling users in the course.

Is it possible to monitor visits at mooc.enu.kz?

Yes, in the Members section, you can see students activity and attendance.

Who should be added to the Microsoft Teams team during classes?

In addition to the students it is necessary to add to each team the head of the department, the dean of the faculty, an employee of the supervising administrative unit.

Is it necessary to keep a record of online classes in Microsoft Teams?

Yes.
