The Department evaluates the organization of canteens and buffets, ensures that the menu assortment meets the needs of students and teachers, and promotes the principles of healthy and rational nutrition. Special attention is paid to interaction with contractors, consideration of proposals and reviews aimed at improving the level of service and developing a food culture at the university.
