Department of Internal Control of Public Catering

The Department of Internal Control of Public Catering monitors the quality of catering at the university and is responsible for the efficiency of the catering system.

The main activity of the department is monitoring the implementation of quality standards for the services provided, analyzing and improving the menu, as well as providing balanced and varied meals for students and staff.

The Department evaluates the organization of canteens and buffets, ensures that the menu assortment meets the needs of students and teachers, and promotes the principles of healthy and rational nutrition. Special attention is paid to interaction with contractors, consideration of proposals and reviews aimed at improving the level of service and developing a food culture at the university.
