University sports centre
The new sports complex with an area of 7074 square meters and a capacity of up to 216 people per shift is designed for conducting classes in game sports, including volleyball, basketball, mini football, handball, wrestling, dancing, as well as for holding competitions and training sessions of special sports sections.
The building of the complex consists of four floors, on the ground floor there are two football, one basketball and four volleyball courts, on the second – men's and women's locker rooms, on the third – men's and women's gym, boxing gym, sports rooms for playing chess, as well as national sports like togyzkumalak, asyk atu and bes tas, on the fourth floor there is a tennis hall, a gym for shaping and dancing. It is planned to open a climbing wall soon.
Today, 20 thousand students from all over our country and abroad study at ENU. The university management keeps under constant control the issue of creating all conditions for students.
Over the past eight years, an educational and laboratory building, a start-up zone, 2 student houses, 2 residential buildings for teaching staff and staff have been built.
