A map of accessibility of the university's academic building and student houses for people with disabilities has been developed
The Accessibility Map is located in the bottom panel of the university website.
Each academic building has been allocated a wheelchair for use in case of need. Wheelchairs can be found in the control and integrated security services of each academic building.

If a student needs an escort, separate rooms are allocated for living with an accompanying person.
* Tip: if you need special living conditions, you should notify the persons responsible for their accommodation as early as possible (before admission); discuss with them everything related to the accessibility of the educational building, student houses, transport system, etc.

Center for Inclusive Information Resources
The inclusive information Center opened in October 2019. The main goal is to provide information support to students in need of special education. The Center supports the accessibility of information and library resources in an unobstructed environment for all. Students, undergraduates, and postgraduates who require special requirements for home study are provided with a book delivery service at home. Since 2020, a memorandum has been in force with the Republican Special Library for Blind and Visually Impaired citizens of Almaty.

Persons with disabilities – a person with a health disorder with a persistent disorder of bodily functions caused by diseases, injuries (wounds, injuries, contusions), their consequences, disorders that lead to a restriction of vital activity and the need for social protection.
Persons with disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan have the full range of socio-economic and personal rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Types of social assistance to persons with disabilities:
payments in the form of state benefits, compensations and other payments;
Additional social assistance payments provided by local executive bodies;
additional types of social assistance provided by the employer and other organizations.
Astana Clinic LLP provides persons with disabilities with a full guaranteed amount of free medical care and medical assistance in the compulsory social health insurance system in accordance with the procedure determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: primary health care, medical examinations, free and (or) preferential outpatient provision of medicines and medical products for according to Order No. 75 from 2021, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, social assistance and support in the preparation of documents for the referral of patients to social centers and services, support in the examination for the establishment / re-examination of disability.
