People with disability - a person who has a health disorder with a persistent disorder of body functions caused by diseases, injuries (wounds, injuries, contusions), their consequences, disorders that lead to a restriction of vital activity and the need for his social protection.
Persons with disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan have the full range of socio-economic and personal rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Types of social assistance to persons with disabilities:
- Payments in the form of state benefits, compensations and other payments;
- Additional social assistance payments provided by local executive bodies;
- Additional types of social assistance provided by the employer and other organizations.
Astana Clinic LLC provides persons with disabilities with a full guaranteed amount of free medical care and medical assistance in the compulsory social health insurance system in accordance with the procedure determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: primary health care, medical examinations, free and (or) preferential outpatient provision of medicines and medical products for according to Order No. 75 of 2021 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, social assistance and support in the preparation of documents for the referral of patients to social centers and services, support in the examination for the establishment / re-examination of disability.
