The Sector for Working with Foreign Citizens

The main activities of the sector are the organization of recruiting of foreign contingent by updating communication portals, participation in career guidance platforms with the presentation of the university's leading academic programs on information resources, participation in international educational exhibitions, conferences, summits, etc.

The Sector provides assistance to foreign citizens in obtaining visa support and registration with authorized bodies in coordination with representatives of national security agencies at the university, as well as integration of foreign students into the educational and social life of the university.

The Sector maintains, monitors and continuously regulates the database of foreign students of the University in electronic format (entry/exit, period of stay, academic status, etc.). Moreover, the sector develops and organizes events for the development and establishment of international relations of the university with diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organizations accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In addition, the sector conducts career guidance work to attract ethnic compatriots with the direction of the department's employees to densely populated places of their residence abroad.
