Department of Strategic Development

The Department of strategic development is a structural unit of the University, combining two departments:

Strategic Planning Department

The Strategic Planning Department is responsible for developing and monitoring the university’s strategic development indicators to ensure timely corrective actions and the achievement of planned outcomes. The department also plans activities aimed at improving these indicators.

Staff members oversee the updating of databases within the Unified Higher Education Platform Information System (UHEP IS), which is carried out by the university’s structural units. Additionally, the department conducts analyses of both the internal and external environments, including data collection, assessment of the university’s strengths and weaknesses, and identification of its potential based on available information.

Accreditation and rating Department

The main activities of the accreditation and rating department are Coordination of the procedure for passing institutional accreditation and specialized accreditation of educational programs in national and international agencies; collection, analysis and presentation of data for the University's participation in national and international ratings, etc.
