The Quality Assurance Department

The main purpose of the Quality Assurance Department’s activities is to ensure and develop the quality system of educational and managerial activities of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University” to enhance the efficiency and transparency of processes, and to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international standards, internal regulations, as well as the principles of academic integrity and business ethics.

The main functions of the Quality Assurance Department include coordinating and providing methodological support for internal quality assurance processes; conducting systematic monitoring and internal control of the activities of structural divisions to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, internal regulations, and the principles of academic integrity; preparing analytical, informational, and reporting materials for management on issues related to the quality of educational and administrative activities; facilitating the implementation of continuous improvement mechanisms, and promoting a culture of quality and compliance principles; ensuring adherence to the principles of academic integrity, professional and social ethics, and business and managerial responsibility; and organizing sociological research and analytical surveys to assess the educational process, stakeholder satisfaction, and the effectiveness of management processes.

The structure of the Quality Assurance Department includes the Internal Quality Assurance Office, the Internal Control and Academic Compliance Office and the Sociological Research Laboratory.
