Interuniversity structures

The Educational and Methodological Association of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council of Higher and Postgraduate Education at L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University is an advisory working body established in the system of higher and postgraduate education in order to coordinate the activities of higher educational institutions, ensure the quality and development of education, as well as the participation of pedagogical, scientific and academic workers, representatives of employers in the development of educational programs.

The Educational and methodological association (EMA) includes educational and methodological sections in the following areas of personnel training:

- 022 Humanities (subsection "Turkology")

- 032 Journalism and Information

- 114 Social work

- 041 Business and Management (Audit and Taxation subsection)

The EMA consists of representatives of organizations of higher and postgraduate education that provide training in the relevant field, representatives of employers, employers' associations, international intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and other interested bodies, pedagogical and scientific workers.

The activity of the EMA is aimed at:

- development of approaches to the development of the Kazakh higher and postgraduate education system in accordance with the national qualification framework, industry qualification framework and professional standards;

- participation in the formation of a strategy for the development of Kazakhstan's higher and postgraduate education aimed at increasing its competitiveness in the global educational space;

- educational, methodological and scientific-methodical support of the educational process in accordance with changing conditions and taking into account global challenges;

- development of approaches and techniques for improving the external and internal quality assurance systems of higher and postgraduate education.
